Where do the products come from?

All our products are made in Tunisia by our local partner producers.

What are the compositions of the products ?

All our products are 100% natural, sourced from Tunisian organic farming, and contain no synthetic or chemical substances.

How long will it take for my order to arrive at my home? 

We do our best to process all orders placed on our site within one week, and delivery times may vary depending on your region, up to a maximum of 15 days.

Is it possible to pick up my order in person? own ?

Our offices are located in Geneva, so it is only possible to collect your order in person in Geneva.

What payment method(s) can I use to place an order on the site?

We accept credit card payments.

Is it possible to have an order delivered to a third party?

Yes, to do this you simply need to indicate the delivery address to which you wish to have your order delivered, which will be different from the billing address.

Is there a physical point of sale ?

Le Figuier d'Orient products are only available through online sales.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to figuier.dorient@gmail.com and we will send you a similar replacement within 15 days.
